Every morning I let my daughter pick out what snacks she gets in her lunch. She is allowed to choose 1 fruit and 1 veggie. She also gets one snack for snack time. Here are her most popular snacks
FRUITS
Crockpot Apples that we canned
Strawberries
Grapes
Watermelon
Sometimes she will want regular apples to dip in Almond Butter and that will be her main form of protein
VEGGIES
Sliced cucumber
Grated carrots/apples
zucchini
broccoli
OTHER
Protein balls
Pirates Booty Popcorn
Baked cheese sticks (see I fall short sometimes and give her processed items but one a day wont hurt)
