Clean Eating - Asian turkey wrap

This is one of those recipes which you can really make your own. You can add whatever veggies you want and take out those you dont. You can make your own sauce or tweek mine. I like to add alot of seseme oil due to its many health benefits and because it taste great.  Lets face it, when its turkey and its wrapped in lettuce, its bound to be delicious!

TURKEY ASIAN WRAP

1 lb of Organic Ground turkey
1 cup of mushrooms chopped
1/2 cup onions
1/2 cup bell pepper
1 cup carrots
1 tbsp seseme oil
1 tbsp rice wine
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp dried ginger
lettuce (butter, romaine, iceburg)

Mix oil, wine, soy sauce and ginger together in a glass bowl. Add veggies mix well.  Add ground turkey to fry pan along with bowl of veggies. Stir fry until turkey is no longer pink.  I like to add additional seseme oil to this step.  When its done scoop a spoonful into the center of lettuce. Wrap it up and enjoy.
