BARLEY BANANA PANCAKE/SNACK CAKE

In my home we always have cooked pearl barley in the fridge because its fabulous mixed in yogart with blueberries, by itself or made into mini banana barley cakes. Top with a little agave nectar and you have an extremely healthy fiber filled protein filled breakfast or snack




BARLEY BANANA PANCAKE/SNACK CAKE

1/2 cup cooked barley
coconut milk
1 egg
vanilla
Cinnamon
Coconut oil

Blend barley, banana, coconut milk, egg, vanilla and cinnimon. Blend to the consistancy you like. Coconut oil in pan and spoon in. Pin It
